I have just repartitioned my hard drive and plan on installing debian tomorrow. Under puppy Linux I had a problem with jinput where the power button was listed as a keyboard and my game was trying g to get Swazi keys from it and failing. Has anybody who's used Linux found any other quirks with Linux and java I should know about?

I only find it when using openJDK. The rest work pretty fine. Linux Mint 14 Java 1.7.
