The snow's really pummeling down in Adelaide, Australia. Can hardly get out the front door, and when we do, we see kangaroos that can barely even jump around the snow is so deep and soft. We're in for a white christmas this year!

17 year old born in Egypt, raised in France, and currently live right outside Atlanta, GA. I wore shirts and shorts all this week. It's unusually warm for us this year! I'm praying to FSM for at least 1cm of snow though. Schools around here close with the tiniest hint of it

I'm from Philidelphia, but I live in Bel Air.
It's a story all about how my life got flipped-turned upside down, but I'll tell you how I became the prince of a town called Bel Air.
In west Philadelphia born and raised, on the playground was where I spent most of my days. Chillin' out maxin' relaxin' all cool, and all shootin some b-ball outside of the school, when a couple of guys who were up to no good started making trouble in my neighborhood.
I got in one little fight and my mom got scared, she said "You're movin' with your auntie and uncle in Bel Air!"
I begged and pleaded with her day after day, but she packed my suite case and send me on my way; she gave me a kiss and then she gave me my ticket. I put my walkman on and said, "I might as well kick it".
I whistled for a cab and when it came near, the license plate said fresh and it had dice in the mirror. If anything I can say this cab is rare, but I thought "Now forget it - Yo homes to Bel Air"
I pulled up to the house about 7 or 8, and I yelled to the cabbie 'Yo homes smell ya later'. I looked at my kingdom, I was finally there, to sit on my throne as the Prince of Bel Air.
I found this website a month or two later.

it si true that street in San Francisco go up and down like hell? this is what i understood watching movies Parts of it. Driving a stick shift up Russian Hill is not terribly fun when someone pulls behind you (not a problem for me since I hardly ever drive). That's the hill that has the sidewalk with steps in it as well as Lombard Street. Telegraph Hill is the one you see in all those 70's shows like Streets of San Francisco where they have the car chases down the hills with all the flat crossings. Notice they never chase someone up the hill... Most of it is fairly flat tho, including downtown where I work. I have a much steeper walk up to my place in Oakland. Oakland? ...whenever I turn on the local news I always hear about someone being stabbed/shot in that area Oakland's not so bad, you just have to watch out for the east side. And the west too. And the north and south too. And the middle part. (but really it's mostly east Oakland that's a war zone. I'll take my neighborhood over Bayview or Hunters Point in SF any day)
