I should mention on first post that I have been evolved enough to understand how to use the setup and read tutorials

But...
as badlogic pointed out, its quite easy to setup to do this. using the included "gdx-setup-ui.jar" which is what I think everyone should be using to 'start' their projects anyways. It takes care of a lot of the minor nuances that can easily be avoided.
Why would you need someone to export your Libgdx game to Javascript? The setup app will create all necessary projects for you. If you don't do anything to fancy (reflection, GLES 1.x, file writting), you shouldn't have any problem at all. Just install the Google Web Toolkit in Eclipse, create the projects with the setup ui, and away you go.
That's the problem: [

JGO]. I sent a message to you about 2 weeks ago about this.
So yes what I need is what namrog said, do the export to for me. It's the first time I try to use libgdx's html5 feature and I dont have another computer*. Sorry I was confused between twitter's message (DM).
