How about this, Codename One offers a development platform allowing development of java applications for the iPhone. Anyone tried this out?

Interesting. For me, it all depends on if beginNativeGraphicsAccess() allows me to access OpenGL ES 2.0 or not. =S

Horrible for two reasons:

- compiles to ObjectiveC
- you can only compile for a device using their servers

The rest is actually pretty neat, IDE integration and all.
