Android Market / Google Play - Only Credit Card

Do all of you guys who sell games on Google play have a credit card ?  Is there really no other way ?
I heard about "fake" prepaid credit cards, and I could imagine a kinda paypal credit card.
I would like to use paypal of course... doesnt seem to be happening though.

well no its connected to my bank account.
this is is different for each country I feel. For most germans, paypal is directly connected to your bank account will withdraw money from it when the paypal account is out of money and you pay something with it, and stuff.

That's better. In my place you can only withdraw from paypal (although my bank has mastercard debt card). No wonder I haven't played Amnesia or Minecraft.
