Hey guys !
Nothing new about Overbind. Just a post here because I'm working on a new game now (It's been a while to tell the truth, I spent a lot of time thinking about the gameplay and the universe to make sure it will be original and niiice) . It is still using JAVA and LWJGL. As soon as I've got something I can show you, I'll make a new post in the WIP section. For the moment, you can follow me on Twitter @TimSpekler (I just created a new account, I'm a noob with this for the moment  Tongue).

This game is really addictive. You need to delete those leaderboards before I spend the rest of the night playing this..

OT:
Is there any tags in this forum to get an expanding box with content? I deleted the pictures because they were too big :/

Damn visitors! Admins fetch me his IP!

EDIT:
Okay, so I just beat the highscore. But it was not submitted Cry
Do you need to press space and start a new round for it to be submitted because I pressed Esc to check the leaderboard...

So the textures are shown in all of your versions?
Tried the web and both the download versions, but nothing.
For expl.: its impossible to see wheres a block, because most of them are one-colored and same-lighted.

Wow ! Sorry guys, I did not see those posts before, I just saw them today (even if I go on JGO everyday Tongue).
There are still many bugs within this game, and I'm sorry for this but I don't have the time required to fix them. And as I'm not planning to push this game any further, I will not go back into the code again.
For the texture thing, well it's been a while so I don't even remember how I managed it. Maybe this is due to mipmapping, but there is no way to fix this without changing the code..
Thanks for the feedback anyway! I see that many of you enjoyed this game. This is encouraging   Smiley

At least release the source code then so someone else can work on it! Seriously, this game is GOOD! I think it would be a bad decision to just drop the project all together...

Yea, this game is really too good to drop it now.

Are you working on anything else atm?

I'm pretty sure he mentioned that he was working on another game earlier in this thread somewhere. Still, overbind is way to cool to drop.

Don't drop this game!

Add things like Buttons/Pressure Plates/Timers/Doors/Forcefields, and then make cool new levels with them.
Ala: Take some stuff from games like Portal and make new puzzlez with it.

Edit:
Or invent some new puzzle elements that are tied to the magnetic propulsion/repulsion ability of the player!
Like: A box that the player can push/pull by clicking it.
