can anyone point me to a site where i can download the dll and jar for the 1.1.2 version of JOGL that matches the manifest from the jar file below:

This version had never been publically released and was only used internally (and in Ardor3D). It is currently impossible to rebuild it from source (we only have the source code of JOGL 1.1.1 and JOGL 2.0). I'm sorry to tell you that but it is a dead end. In the worst case, try to use JOGL 1.1.1, the public API is the same. However, this version is completely obsolete and I highly encourage you to switch to JOGL 2.0. JOGL 1 is not maintained anymore, it is not new, its support was dropped several years ago. Don't hesitate to contact other JOGL maintainers on JogAmp.org. Best regards.
