  GLJPanel resizing stack trace problem with current version of JOGL  (Read 1979 times)

Does anyone have a fix for resizing the GLJPanel?  A GLException occurs when the PBuffer needs to be resized.

This can be reproduced by running the JGears from source code samples.

The code is using GLCanvas for now, but the GLJPanel is attractive because it gets rid of a disorienting flashing behavior when switching between tabs in a JTabbedPane.

I don't reproduce this bug on machines supporting PBuffers. I'll try again tomorrow.

I don't reproduce your bug but I have a lot of other problems with GLJPanel now with JOGL 2 Sad

To reproduce this error, the JFrame used in was dragged to a size double the original.

Based on your reported results, it seems that using the GLJPanel in code should be avoided until a stable, well tested release is made.

JOGL is well tested but some things are temporarily broken. GLJPanel works in some demos but not in my simple test case.
