change time on jgo acc?

hey, I just noticed that my time on JGO is off by 9 hours, I checked in my profile, and it said "local time:" and then the time, does it mean that it thinks that my time? or its the time where the server is? if it is for me, how do I fix it?

There's an offset option in your profile settings - under "Look and Layout Preferences"
