Java games rock!

« Posted 2003-10-13 15:49:59 »

Hi,

I am trying to install Xj3D and use it for building a 3d tool as i need.  The problem is I am not able to compile the basecode of the Xj3D on windows XP, which I could it on windows 2000 though.

Should anyone have any suggestions, plz let me know.

Thanks A Lot.

I think he/she means Xj3D not Xith3D Smiley You might try the Java3D mailing list or go direct to Yumetech. I'm not sure Justin Couch reads these boards.

What SDK are you using on each machine?

Aye, but not often enough Sad  Been rather busy doing other stuff recently, including trying to work out JOGL and get our own toolkits running on that as well as travelling a lot.

Abiram, I've not seen an email from you at all. If your question hasn't been answered yet, please send me an email  and I'll work through it with you. My development box is WinXP so it's normally not a problem. usually there's something missing in the classpath somewhere so it may take a little detective work to find out what's missing.
