So i'm new to java programming, and i have to make a duck hunt game within a week. I've been reading online tutorials but i find that everyone does stuff differently. Can anyone tell me what methods and classes i would need for a game that 1.) Spawns birds in random spots of the screen (don't have to fly) 2.) a simple mouse click kills the bird and effectively spawns a new one in a random location and finally 3.) Use an image of a bird from my computer as the bird in the game itself

PLEASE HELP i've read nearly 15 java game making tutorials and they all tell me different things. I must have this game in by next friday which means i can allot about 2 hours each day for the next 7 days on this game. Once again any code or help dealing specifically with that game described above would be highly appreciated

Thank you very much   Cheesy

Well, most of the tutorial you read probably tell you good things so maybe just pick one. Here is a quick start one.
