hi,
as you can probably guess from the title, I am using JSTUN for a game(a java port of STUN http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/STUN), and I was wondering if any of you have happened to use it before, and if so do you know any good tutorials for it/how did you learn to use it?

I didn't try JSTUN, but here is a good tutorial for STUN4J:
http://www.blog.jasonederle.com/?p=36

It seems to find IP & port, but I never actually tried to connect and see if it works!?

I am just making sure I understand everything correctly, so I run the stun4j stuff on the host, and then anyone can connect on the specified port with say, a regular socket?

EDIT: well it works to an extent, give me my public IP and a port ot connect through.

but then it just crashes trying to connect to a test server.
