Hi all,

i am working on a little Asteroids clone. You can see the actual version here.

It's fully playable with an online Highscore list.

Controls / Menu
- Arrows (Up, Down): Navigate
- Return: Select

Controls / Ship
- Arrows (Up, Down, Left, Right): Accelerate, Rotate
- Space: Shoot (Ship)

Tried it, but was way too quick to be playable for me. Did you do something to accommodate for different CPU speeds?

I implemented delta-updates and capped the FPS to 60.

Well, it was basically asteroids, and my laser was puny. Tongue I liked the few little fade etc. effects you had, and I noticed no problems with it, other than a couple minor gripes:

- The laser distance is so very short. Give it a longer range?
- If you die, it is not obvious when and where you respawn (I died again immediately).
- I have no idea what the "B" powerup was supposed to do, but I do know the only time I died was when I tried to get one. And when I got one without dying I saw no difference whatsoever.
- More powerups and more variety going on would be very nice.
