I finally watched it, and I have to say that actually could be quite a good game feature - that is, the idea of your character randomly going from super strong to super weak. Sort of like the ghosts in Pac-Man.

Yeah, it'd basically become pacman - the hunter becomes the hunted, etc. etc.
