I need open/free themes for Java,
Buttons, TextAreas and all the components.

From where i can find the best themes ??

They are called "Look and Feel" or laf in java. I found quite a few doing a search for"java look and feel download". There is also documentation for making your own by searching for "custom look and feel". This link looks very informative http://java.sun.com/products/jfc/tsc/articles/architecture/.
