very curious website.  Says his job is cool with a great boss And he is making video games.  but he still quits just to go indie.   I hope that works out.

Well, you can have a cool boss and be making games but you're still following someone else's vision no matter how much creative input you have. It's sort of the reason why you start your own indie company; because then you call the shots and decide the game concept and all that.
