Congratulations, so how did you propose? (if it's not personal) I took her on a strenuous sweaty hike to the top of a decent sized mountain (3000 feet == 1km-ish) and then we stopped nd sat down next to each other at the peak. I ate a banana and she ate an apple, then I had her listen to Ray LaMontagne on my iPod. Just after the song finished, I pulled out the ring and asked. |

You should have pulled out a Java4K game where she had to cook and clean to get enough points to get to the engagement level! ...I think I just worked out why I'm single. Congrats! |

One month late congrats. For me it was very easy to propose my girlfriend because she was pregnant At the time I was 22 too I think. |

That helps having faith in getting married then. Everybody is always saying that once you get married the troubles begin and it's the beginning of the end. I never understood why. For my part I've been with same girl friend for more than 10 years but I don't feel the urgency to get married but I'd like too.
