First notes:

* when running the build.xml, a platform should be required as it is for the JOGL build tools.

* next, if the native library section doesn't build, the build cannot be considered successful.

* makes assumption that headers are located in joal.home/include and they are not on OSX they are located in joal.home/Headers

Sorry for the delay following up on this. I've been in the process of moving from NYC to SF so I haven't been able to follow things as closely as I'd like.  I'll take a look at the build.xml. Feel free to go ahead and make any changes you think are appropriate.
