I was just thinking that a Presidential Service Award is a really weird thing if you get that from making a game for a  website for kids. There must be a gazillion Presidential Service Awards out there.

Yes, we will have many awards and prizes over time, that is one example.  We are new and exploring different avenues with prizes...It is apparent these responders, at least some, have no interest and will continue to focus in our weaknesses, 
which is cool - our staff has many years experience in "building" stuff and we thougt posting here would be a good idea.  It seems we were incorrect.

It seems we were incorrect.

Not at all, but maybe you should do one step back and try to see what it currently looks like to an outsider, especially someone not from the US. To me it looks like a mostly empty site and a forum post with outrageous promises ranging from Oprah to the President of the USA.
Maybe I'm just too Dutch and down to earth to be charmed by that kind of thing, who knows. But I hope you'll succeed with your goals, I really do.

By all means. Have a look in the Shared Code section of this forum, or the Online Game Development section - IIRC there's a full server source there if you want it. It's nothing special, but feel free to use it if it helps you.
