Avatar Generator Problem on Linux!?

I have a problem with my avatar generator on Linux. It seems that selecting a pattern ("Pattern" tab) creates an error. The pattern does not display. It's difficult to get error reports from players, so I was hoping someone from javagaming could give it a try on Linux?

0. "Have Linux and open the Java Console"
1. Webstart: http://www.aevumobscurum.com/original/webstart/AevumObscurum.jnlp
2. Login (register, if you don't have an account - you don't need to verify your email address)
3. Go to "Account"
4. Try to play with the avatar generator. Do you get/What error message for selecting a pattern?
