They sudently close my account without any explanation other than "your Website is a risk for our customer bla bla bla".... just before paying 97$.....

I notice that sometime one click give money and sometime 15 clicks doesn't give anything.... It seems that it is a big blackbox...

Comming throught there forum, I found many people disapointed/angry again google adsense.

google provide some cool tools but about google adsense and it seems to me that it is something like a huge "rip-off".

so what your meaning about google adsense ?

My experience with adsense is quite positive overall. Even their support is quite good (Well, until they ban you that is)...

The reports are not 100% realtime, so that's probably what you're seeing. I sometime even saw yesterday's reports go up as if something was lagging.
But it's quite unclear what influences the price of a click, it depends on too many things I suppose but in the end it all depends on what advertisers through adwords pay for adds on your site.
For me, adsense now makes me less than 20% of the amount than it used to be with approx. the same amounts of clicks and impressions, which is a bit frustrating as it seems there's not much I can do about it. I guess advertisers just pay less these days.

Anyway, I'm sorry to hear you're another victim of google shutting down your adsense account.
Are you sure you didn't violate the terms one way or the other? (A friend of mine got banned because he had 2 adds too many on his homepage for example. He just removed some adds and signed up again).

I didn't know that too many ads may cause problem ?

anyways, even if I have done something that have caused me to be banned (there are many things that may have caused this ban...) this doesn't explain how it is done. The fact is that once you are banned you do not have any informations on why (you also lost money earned and not yet paid...) ? and this is why I complain. It is like putting someone in jails without any explanation ? It is an opaque blackbox and this is why I dislike it.

I will found another advertisers or another bank account and name  Wink

.... hum... or maybe I will publish on some big audience forum a php script to break adsense  Angry

What I found with Adsense, apart from the whole mysterious black box approach to the customer relationship aspect, is that all it did was drive visitors from my site away from my products to competitors....

so we got rid of it.

As well as Adwords, which was more trouble than it was worth.

Yes, it's in their terms of use.
There are *many* things that you are not allowed to do: Too many adds, asking visitors to click, adds with too little content (login pages for example), scripts generating extra clicks/impressions, fooling visitors into making them believe the adds are part of the site, of course clicking your own adds, fooling the system by using invisible text with high paying keywords etc etc.  However there are many grey areas...
I suggest to read their terms of use well.

I can understand that getting banned from adsense without having any bad intentions is frustrating, especially because they usually don't give a clear explanation why.
OTOH, from google's pov, they just *have* to be extremely careful with fraud and with their adwords customers, even if that means banning a few adsense advertisers on suspicion only. It's a shame, but part of the game I guess. If they're not careful, adsense/adwords would've ceased to exist a long time ago. The sad reality of the matter is that click fraud happens a *lot*.

In any case, publishing scripts out of frustration to break adsense will not help anybody.

I'd be surprised if you made anything worthwhile over the course of a year.
Weirdly we did in fact make an average of $50/month or so.

Hum i will better read them if I have to open an account for a society or any other instance, but I will never be allowed to open an account using my name.

My thought is that google is "cool" with high to medium audience web site when they are not with little audience, I think that they wont ban Web site with more than 2000000 pages view per monthes. But if your web site is low audience they look at you as a little and non necessary sh....t  Wink.

When google borned, I look at it as all other people, a great & cool new startup company!, but I begin to be afraid as they take days by days more and more control over Internet traffic (google is a little window on internet that every body use, you always fall into same web site, ok I use it too Wink but I also use other one as metacrawler wich return results from differents search engine ), they also go throught any law using an army of lawyers.

So as they are thinking to be "Untouchable" and also because I am very "Spiteful" and also very "frustrating" Wink , I think that maybe it exists a way to completly break adsense, so if this way exist advertiser who pay google must know about it , no ? this may be a good reason to publish such a script ?

there are severals holes in google adsense architecture, and to be true I have began a paper on them, this paper was firstly intended to google. but now i will be happy to publish it without sending it to google before.

one first example can be found here: http://mgoos.com/blogs/adsense-cracked.htm, such scritp doesn't take more than an hour to be made, ofcourse such script will be detected by google, but there are severals other ways this is just an example.... for example using something i would call "cross site browsing" (nothing related to cross-domain-script) is a good start...

Great blog article - I believe you can circumvent detection combining a "real page" with the script. Grin

I have the black box thingy occur to me too. Sometimes I make $0.00001 per click and sometimes $1 - no clue what's happening? However,I only make about $2-5 per month. Unless I make $50/month, there might not be enough reason to just close my account  Grin

When you have a doubt with adsense, just ask Google : they usually reply quickly and than you know if your idea is safe or not ... but NEVER click (even once) in your own ads.

What's nice with that system is that once you have a working web site, money just comes in... you just have to learn how to increase your positionning in search engines on a few keywords (that's the hardest part, and it takes time to drive traffic).

what is less "cool" is that if you have high financial revenue from a website using adsense and someone doesn't like you he can easily make you banned from google adsense.... he just need to click several times on your adds using a script or make visitors of his website go clicking in your ads...

then you will be banned and you will see how google dialog are fast once you are banned, basically you cannot join them anymore, so do not rely on money incom from adsense as it can be stopped in few seconds.

This sounds plausible, but how often does it actually happen? If you are making a lot of money, Google will probably know about you and may see that a disgruntled user could uproot the entire operation. They've got measures to prevent that, right?

hum i remenber that a friend of mine with medium audience web site have been banned (and he never do anyhing wrong with adsense), they just close his account as someone was playing to click on his adsense advertisment... his answer to google was something like "can you ignore those clicks ??" and the answer of google was basically "ciao!" , so it is at least false for medium audience web site....

Actually I'm quite sure Google already ignores most false clicks and impressions. For example if you're working on your own website you're probably generating lots of impressions during development by refreshing your page but that won't get you banned.

However, I can still understand that they easily terminate accounts when false clicks are generated on some site or if some site is otherwise abusing the system.
After all, fraudulous clicks on your site are still *your* responsibility, even if you're not the one who's clicking. Google's responsibility mostly lies with advertisers as they're paying the money, so Google has to make sure that money is well spent.

yup so let say that: take a cupple of website unhappy of how and why google banned them, let make each visitor of those website go clicking in a same target site , (breaking cross script by sending them target website content from our webserver and adding a js that make us clicks on advertisment, just for the har techincal part  Wink, note this will be offcourse hidden to visitors....).

they are too way of using such architecture and technic : increase you adsense revenue (by make clicks gracefull, random, low) or make a site banned (make agressive clicks).

sure, but what is dangerous is that you have no way to talk with google, it is not a problem for people using ads just for fun but it is dangerous for people who adsense incoms is high and necessary.

ps: about the cpc I had sometime 1$ for 1 clicks and sometime 0$ for 18 clicks.... what a strange program.... cpc=random()*2.0$  Smiley
