I have recently learned Java to do some 3D game development as a hobbyist. Well, I've done quite a few tutorials and have warmed up a little to it. But now my question is....

I have some loaders that can load some of my 3DS MAX .mds files. So that is good so far right? Well, is there anyway to have a 'drag and drop' theme to this? Clipping, etc.? To clip say a wall with a corner piece.. Any suggestions to get me going?

Thanks

Have you taken a look at Killer Game Programming in Java (http://fivedots.coe.psu.ac.th/~ad/jg/). Maybe something in there can help you.

In space no-one can hear you System.out.println()
