It's afaik a commercial game. No sourcecode available.

and I'm pretty sure it was only a tech demo - and sadly wont materialize as a buy able game Sad

On the jME boards is a showcase section where some projects are open source. And I think you should ask again on the jME boards as most users of jME have a look there - fewer are reading the jgo boards.
