  would phys2d work with 3d models in a 2d side scroller?  (Read 1229 times)

hola.  would a game that uses 3d models in a 2d world(kind of like conquer online, but a side scroller) work with phys2d? i would not use the z axis at all, it would be ortho(think soldat: the models arent really even 3d, just 2d made in a 3d modeller, paper thin).  the reason i am thinking about using 3d models is because the thought of animating different images makes me sick.   Embarrassed sorry if i said this in a confusing way, just tell me if u want want a rewrite  Grin

If your game logic is 2D, there should be no problem to use phys2D.

that's what im working on right now as well. 2d based game but drawn in 3d.
