i tried the newdawn MD2 loader
texture, animation,... all works fine

but the models aren't shaded
has the loaded model no normals?

the test code provided with the loader sets a pointlight. So i assumed, the loader supports shaded models.

has anyone experience with this loader?
thank you for your help
