File merging tool for Win32 ??

Hi!

I'm looking for a good and easy to use File Merging Tool for any Win32 or Java OS that could be found on the web. I know P4WinMerge which is quite lazy... That one from Apple Developers File Merge is the best I think, but is for Mac...
Do you use any Merging Tool?

if you just want to do it once, you can open the two files with a hex editor and copy-paste them together 
that can get tedious if you want to do some more though

binary or ascii compare/merge?

When I'm not using the merge functionality in eclipse, I use Beyond Compare(2).
