Is there any way or application that can make an executable file even without jar files???

And macs come with one called java bundler in developer/applications/java tools

Its pretty easy to use, though I think ill try that JSmooth for windows, I havn't found one yet that just does what it is suposed to without fussing.

Since you didn't mention system, I figured I would throw that in.
