who decide which game is the winner? is it a poll? is there any judges?

Anyway I will try to summit another game before the deadline

Ok, thanks, I realice it when I saw other topic later asking four a fifth judge 

But, what are the criteria? The funniest? the most complex? the longest?
Each judge decides which is his favourite game I presume.

Never mind, I think that the judge work will be hard, there are a lot of good games
