I was gonna run to the store in the moning but I was informed the weekend before that everything was already gone in the preorder.

good thing I suppose though to much work needs to be done before xmass.

The Wii numbers are identification numbers for specific Wii systems.  They are used as authentication numbers for one user to connect to another.  If you give a user your number, they must get your number and the Nintendo servers verify and authenticate communication between the users.  Most secure way of authorization outside of hardware based systems.

Hello all,

yesterday night I registered all the Wii numbers published in this thread. I don't know exactly how this registration process work. Does it send a notification to the targeted Wiis in order to be able to register back the source Wii?

By the way, my Wii nickname is Jerome B.

Regards

It's not automatic, everyone else will have to manually enter your Wii number into their consoles for anything to hapen.
