logo and HUD-themes

I've removed the package org.xith3d.data.* and org.xith3d.ui.hud.resources.*

The reason is, that NetBeans doesn't copy resource files to the bin folder, which leads to unforseen problems. I've added new jars in a new folder called resources. Please make sure to add these jars to your project.

I've added the jars to the eclipse .classpath file on SVN. Maybe one of the NetBeans users could offer us an updated nbproject file?
