Whoever closed the topic in Xith forums "One common code style", please don't do that again. It is extremely rude to allow the final posting to be from someone directly attacking other posters:

"@ENC and blah
Please stop influencing a (maybe) fundamental discussion about a project you've never worked on and with which's code you've never been confronted. Correct me if I'm wrong."

which is, indeed, wrong - and then (by locking the thread) preventing anyone from correcting this fallacy. The usual approach would be rather to censor that comment if you were about to lock the thread.

Someone remarked to me recently that the quality of the JGO forums was going downhill, and although I didn't really agree, and passed it off as a temporary hiccup, I'm starting to see what they were on about. This kind of shutdown is just childish, IMO.

It wasn't me who closed this topic and I was pretty surprised (and shocked, too). That's why I opened another one.

Well, sorry for that..
