hi

Where should I search for a free CVS host for a new open source java game using Xith3D? Is it dev.java.net? Or anywhere at savannah? Maybe happypenguin?

You could do a project proposal on dev.java.net if you're serious and have good arguments they're no problem on getting approval.

I'm pretty sure happypenguin.org doesn't provide CVS servers (they're just a game bible, you know).

I don't know much about savannah

Well, in Savannah you will get more general OS gamers attention (there are already several projects, see : http://savannah.nongnu.org/search/?Search=Rechercher&words=game&type_of_search=soft&exact=1&max_rows=25&type=#options)
and in dev.java.net you will get java gamers..
