Java games rock!

Which of these have the best C++ parsers?
The reason I ask is that I want something that has almost as powerful refactoring as Eclipse has for Java.
Obviously I want that power in C++.

I do not have those $6000 USD plugins for Visual Studio to do C++ refactoring but I would like to know how good Eclipse's parser is.

Is there a name for a "redneck" programmer?

I though it was in pair with the java or not far behind adleast.

It's harder to read code than to write it. - it's even harder to write readable code.
