Hi all,

I am having a problem running any J2ME apps in Netbeans 5.0.  I uninstalled 4.0 and installed 5.0 and the mobility pack.  I can create projects fine, compile them, and the emulator shows up.  The problem is that the emulator closes soon after being displayed without allowing any input on the keypad or showing the MIDlet in the list.  There are no error message boxes popping up and no errors shown on the output dialog.  Not even the sample projects run  Cry

Has anyone had any trouble like this?  Could it be leftover settings from the previous installation?

I had the same problem, the reason why my emulator didn't worked was becuse of that my user files where in under a map called "├Ągaren". And the emulator does not like non english letters. When I changed my user directory it worked.
