Does anybody have experience creating an avator generator? I.e. players can build their own avator; they can select a base picture, then decide on hair color, eyes, nose, hair etc.

I don't think it is rocket science to program? But where do I get the pics from? Are there any freely available avatars (just the faces)? Or ...
