Java game programming for dummies no CD help

Hey all,

I recently purchased Wayne Holder's and Doug Bells' Java Game Programming for Dummies from a company in America. Although the advertisement said it was used, it still had the CD-ROM included when it arrived the holder at the back was empty. I've emailed the company who produce the Dummies books and they told me to email the store which I have done with no reply. To return it and get another copy would take weeks (I live in England) and would cost about as much to just order another copy.
All I want is the chapter examples so I can check my work to see what i'm doing wrong.

Can anyone help please?

I can also post a photo of the book to prove I've not just downloaded the ebook and i'm trying to scam the examples.
