Mac OS X icon encoder/decoder

I made a Mac OS X icon encoder/decoder (icns format) to make it easier for non-mac users to create application bundles of their java apps. Combined with this jar bundler task this should make the creation of app bundles pretty straightforward.

Thanks for the nice responses. Let me know if you find any compatibilty issues, especially with the 128x128 icons. The format is kind of reverse engineerd, so somethings might not work 100%...
