Now we are looking for publisher in internet to sell software, like handango.com.

There are a handful of J2ME aggregators/publishers in the business.  JamDat is one off the top of my head.  Some of the desktop and console publishers have gotten into thsis apce too, THQ comes to mind.

In general you should be able to learn alot by googling. Id start with "Mobile Game Publisher"
