Finding specifications for a mobile phone

I have a medion  mobile phone model MD95630  with 2 java games already loaded (Sky Buster and Goalkeeper Pro) can anyone tell me the specifications ((MIDP characteristics) or  how I can find them  as I would like to try my hand at develpoing a game for it .

Are you sure it is a 'medion' or might it just be a rebranded motorola.
iirc some of the local discounters in germany was selling rebranded motorolas.
