I just wanted to request the Java(tm) - Get It Now! Buttons from SUN's site, reading the Agreement I stuck at

(2) You may not give away the Button or otherwise provide, in any way, access to the HTML code for the link.

Is my english too bad or does this really mean you can't put the buttons on webstite, which would implicit provide the HTML code for the link, does it?

I can't beliave that and two examples from java game pages have the a button on there site (see below), so what does this excactly mean?

Yeah that soudsn liek terrible wording.

I"ll try to find someone in Sun to ask for a clarification (and to chnage that.)
