System shutting down in 5..4..3...

« Posted 2005-10-14 23:15:17 »

First, I am new to LWJGL so this might be obvious.

I am trying to convert my engine from JOGL to LWJGL and I am using the glActiveStencilFaceEXT (OpenGL 1.3 if I remember) for volumetric shadows and I can't seem to find it.  I doubt that I'm the first to do stencil buffer shadows with the two-sided extensions in LWJGL, so what am I missing?  Is it me being confused or is LWJGL missing something?

Thanks in advance

Two-sided stencil got in the OpenGL core in version 2.0.

You can find glActiveStencilFaceEXT in the EXTStencilTwoSide class. You may also want to use the ATI equivalent in ATISeparateStencil.

Speaking of Greece, have you ever heard of a singer named Eleftheria Arvanitaki?  I saw her last night with the Philip Glass ensemble.

Yes, she is an old and well-known singer in Greece. I don't particularly like that kind of music (except one or two songs maybe), but I hope you liked her.
