hi everyone,

do you think is possible to use java3d and jmf for augmented & mixed reality ?

how about rendering a web-cam video into the background of a j3d application in realtime ?

I know about the SUN demo, which renders a video into a texture for a 3D object - that seems even more difficult.

are these two API compatible enough for an approach like this:
