I guess this is a question for Herkules really 

I've got an idea for a little 2d multiplayer game (and seeing as I have a bit of time off at the moment I might actually get to write something)

I was wondering about using Headquater to manage the comms for it if it is available.

So I guess my questions are:

1) Is it ok for me to use headquater license wise?

and

2) if so, where can I get it?
