Just been messing with http://metrics.sourceforge.net/ which is rather nice. Easy to install too (although a tad CPU hungry when you enable a project for the first time).

Dependancy thinger tells my my code is one big tangled mess, but I already kinda knew that. It also picks up on some fairly nasty methods that I really should refactor if I had the time. Quix checks in at about 1800 lines of code, and my current game is just below the 1100 mark.
