NetBeans has been making huge steps lately.

Besides JFluid as an excellent profiler with JDK5.0_4 (released today) and upcoming Matisse GUI editor, the collaboration tool looks really nice! Checkout http://collab.netbeans.org and meet me at the public conversation named 'FlyingGuns'.
