Most likely you updated libgdx libraries or something, it used to be FilledCircle, FilledRect etc but now you just specify filled type and then circle.

I'm tired of all this negative feedback. It's really frustrating to make game/game engines when no one will take you seriously and all they do is point out the flaws. For the record, this is supposed to be a small, basic, desktop library, that I did for fun.
You'll never learn anything if all you get is positive feedback...what happens if no one points out the flaws? Uh, they stay there. So if you want to ignore the help people are trying to give you, then you will stay with your flawed library, instead of improving it.

Box2DLights is pretty easy to implement so I'd give it a shot, but you should probably have your collision set up using box2d, if you don't already.

Anyways, if you didn't already know, we're a team of developers from different places with different skillsets all with the common interest of producing great games. Currently we have talented developers, but lack the funding necessary to advertise games properly and give them the exposure they deserve. Additionally, we'd like to target iOS and not just tunnel on Android, but this requires a license and Mac computer to develop. As for Patreon specifically, it's a crowdfunding service that focuses on constant funding per month rather than a singular monetary goal, so we think using Patreon will help more with long-term success both for us and the consumer. Any support is appreciated Smiley

Pretty much any image editing/art program other than paint will support something like this. There have been threads about this on here, but off the top of my head you can try photoshop, gimp, or paint.net.

Well if you wanted to use scene2d you would probably want to use something like ImageButton (assuming you want a sprite to be your button), add it to a stage, and then move the button on the y axis in the listener like BurntPizza posted. You'd also have to do Gdx.input.setInputProcessor(stage) after.

Would probably be better if you explain what you think the misinterpretation lies instead of using a passive aggressive smiley. Also,  I don't see the need to downplay Notch; if he wasn't good at game design, and if he's just another programmer like us, how is Minecraft so successful?

Minecraft isn't open-source.

There are de-obfuscated versions of the game's code, but to redistribute any versions of it would be illegal regardless of what modifications are made to it.

There wouldn't be anything to learn from its code either way.

When you want to "learn off" something having the full source has the same effect as the project being open source. Also what do you mean there would be nothing to learn? If op wants to see how one voxel engine works then minecraft is good to look at.

What's 270 for, is position the mouse position, and why do you need "angle +=" when you can probably just set the rotation?

You can draw actual 3d models in the orthogonal camera in libgdx, if that's what you want, or you can use PerspectiveCamera with billboard sprites from top down, I guess.
