This is an application that I would really like to see done. Can you give me some advice or steer me in the right direction to other platforms where this can be done.
Which platforms are the most widely available, cheapest, have the most future and such....

Forgive my ignorance but can you elaberate on that statement?

Can anyone tell me if this is possible:
I want to write or (have written) an aplication for a cell phone that can process the soud recieved by a phone during the call. I want to be able to demodulate information sent using the following specs:
Use 1800 hertz and 1400 hertz frequencies
Use Baudot character table
Use 5 bits, 1.0 start, 1.0 - 2.0 stop bits
