I accept your observations. I was trying to be representative to a very wide and International audience. To many potential candidates Canada is somewhere they would or would not consider. Those living in Canada/USA understand your description of the limited locations,therefore I felt it would be easier to identify Canada and all its opportunity,rather than specify one.California/Texas are easily recognized geographic locations, New York and Chicago represent typical large metropolitan areas.

I hope that clarifys my intention.

I'm a specialist recruiter currently searching for game programmers for a growing number of positions.These positions are due to the tremendous growth within the major players in mobile game development and publishing.

Do you want to work for a leading creator and publisher of connected interactive games for wireless and Internet-capable devices. This companies proprietary convergent game platform, allows both mobile and land-based hardware to communicate simultaneously via the Internet.

As a member of this growing development team, you will create, define and develop downloadable games for mobile phones using various cutting-edge technologies.

You have what it takes if

·      You have a least 5 years overall programming experience with at least one year with J2ME and/or BREW
·      Must be experienced with programming on  resource constrained devices.
·      Must have or be interested in game programming of particular experience is anyone who has experience programming games on any video console, handheld device or mobile technology.
·      You are eager to learn, quick-minded and be passionate about new mobile technology.
·      You must have a good level of spoken and written English
·      International candidates with exceptional backgrounds should also apply.
