1  Game Development / Networking & Multiplayer / what method will work best? on: 2005-03-14 16:58:39
internet programming is not my strenght and I've been doing alot of reading but I'm not getting anywhere.

My project is [currently only stand-alone].  Its a converted standup vacuum cleaner thats remote controlled with a live video feed [to a java application].

Everythings done other than mapping keyboard events from an applet to my server.

I'm running apache/tomcat.

can someone give me some starting advice on how to do this [servlets, rmi, something else???]
