ya,  sun has a great capture example.  I'm working on a project with this also.  The one thing I'm struggling with is adding the code that will detect the capture devices and let the user select rather than going through JMF Registry.

ya,  this has really been a problem for me.  I'm so use to the developement end that I dont know how to explain this with the casual visitor.

OK I got the promotion logo,  I dont know much about webstart.  can someone give me a quick summary of what I need to do to add this

ok,  I'm sick of sending my friends my new web game and it not loading.  Everything is Java1.1 coded.

How do I make this painless on the user?  Right now I have instructions on enabling IE settings and linking http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

Is there a better way for IE users?

no,  your not being a pain in the ass, thats a good point.  I'm still waiting on his approvial before I continue the developement and how he wants to be credited/promoted.  Once I hear back, I'll address all those issues (but in the mean time,  it would probably be better for me to remove that, thanks)

you have to pick them up around the shoulder area (I have some code blocked out until I finish the graphics that'll allow you to pick him up by his feet).

objective,  to lift the kid to the top and knock them off other ballons.
